Foundry is operated by OBA Solutions. This policy explains what we collect, how we use it, and the control you have. In short: we don’t sell your data, the Financial Health Rating never pulls your credit, and you decide who sees your profile.
Our privacy promises
- We do not sell your data — not to funding partners, not to data brokers, not to anyone.
- Your Financial Health Rating is built from the data you connect; it does not pull a hard or soft credit inquiry.
- You decide which partner sees your profile, one at a time.
- You can request deletion of your data.
Information we collect
We collect what we need to give you a Financial Health Rating and connect you to partners you choose:
- Account information — your name, email, and business details.
- Financial data you connect — bank or processor data, and statements you upload.
- Content you provide — messages you send us and information you enter.
- Usage and device data — basic, privacy-respecting analytics to keep the product working.
We do not store your online-banking login credentials.
How we use your information
- To compute and explain your Financial Health Rating.
- To connect you — only at your direction — to the partners you choose.
- To secure the product and detect abuse.
- To communicate with you about your account and your requests.
When we share information
- At your direction — with the partner you choose to share your profile with.
- With service providers who help us operate (hosting, email, e-signature), under contract.
- For legal reasons, or in connection with a business transfer.
We never sell your data, and sharing with a partner only happens when you choose it.
How we protect your information
Your data is isolated per tenant in the database using row-level security, encrypted in transit and at rest, and changes are recorded in an audit trail. Access is least-privilege and monitored.
Data retention and deletion
We keep your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the product and meet legal obligations. You can request deletion at any time.

Cookies and analytics
We use only what’s needed to run the product. We do not use third-party advertising trackers.
Children
Foundry is for businesses and is not directed to anyone under 18.
