• Foundry is not a lender. Any funding is offered by independent third-party partners; Foundry makes no lending decision and is not a party to any loan.
• Foundry is not a credit bureau. The Financial Health Rating is not a credit score and not a consumer report.
• Foundry does not provide financial, legal, tax, or accounting advice.
• Foundry is not a money transmitter and does not hold your funds.

You must be 18+, use Foundry for a lawful business purpose, and keep your credentials secure. You’re responsible for activity under your account.

Knowing your Financial Health Rating and how to improve it is free. Any paid features are described separately before you use them.

Any funding you see is offered by third-party partners and is subject to their terms, approval, and pricing. Foundry does not guarantee that you will qualify for, or be approved for, any offer. You control whether to share your profile.

The Financial Health Rating is an informational tool computed from the data you connect. It is not a credit score, not a guarantee of any outcome, and should not be relied on as the sole basis for any financial decision.

Partners configure their part of the ecosystem but do not own Foundry’s software, its rating logic, or the underlying data layer, and may not scrape, extract, or reverse-engineer the platform.

No misuse, fraud, illegal content, or attempts to access data you’re not entitled to.

Foundry owns its software, brand, and logic. You retain ownership of the content and data you provide.

Foundry is provided “as is,” without warranties. To the extent permitted by law, Foundry’s total liability is limited to the greater of $100 or the amounts you paid us in the prior twelve months.

You can stop using Foundry anytime. We may suspend access for a violation of these terms.
