For you, not the business
You run the business. Something should run with you.
You. Not your company. The person who has spent years making sure a business is healthy and has been putting off the same question about themselves.
Tracking and education only. This is not medical care and it is not a substitute for a clinician.

SamplePick a time. It lands on your calendar.
What is actually hard about it
Every app wants you to be somebody else first
Pick our plan, eat our way, log it the way we ask, and start over on Monday when you fall off. The reason it does not stick is not discipline. It is that the thing you were handed was never actually yours.
What it does today
This part is already here.
It follows how you eat, not the other way around
Zero carb, low carb, or the way you actually do it. Your diet is a thing you set and change, not a program you are enrolled in and graded against.
Log a meal without opening a project
What it was and the carbs. Zero is a real answer and it is not a special case, which is the difference between a tool you keep using and one you quietly stop opening.
A fast you can watch run
Start it, and the clock is running when you come back to it. Your day reads as one timeline, newest first, with the fast sitting in it where it started and where it ended.
A coach that knows what you told it in March
It carries what you have said before, so you are not re-explaining yourself to something that greets you like a stranger every time you open it.
It is on your phone and your laptop, because it is a real record
Not a thing your browser was quietly holding on to and lost when you cleared it.
Nobody else sees it. Not even the account owner.
What you ate, when you fasted and what you asked the coach are yours. The person who pays for the account cannot read them, and that is enforced by the database rather than by a policy.
It is switched on deliberately, and you hire the coach yourself
Fit is not handed to everybody in a company by default: somebody turns it on. Then you hire your assistant, and the rate you are shown at that moment is the rate you are agreeing to.
Not here yet
That is what we are building Foundry to be.
Everything under this heading is a thing we are building and have not shipped. It is here because you should be able to see where this is going, and separated because you should never have to guess which half of a page is a promise.
More ways to eat, and then your own
Low carb is where it starts. More diets, and then the one you build yourself with the coach helping you shape it, is what we are building Fit to be.
Per use, and never a fee for a thing sitting there
The coach is charged for the way everything else here is charged: when you use it, and never as a monthly fee. That is the shape, and it does not change.
Charging for the coach
The rate you agree to when you hire your assistant is the rate the meter reads, by construction rather than by two places agreeing. Arming that meter is the piece we are still finishing.
What changes
The same discipline, pointed at you
You already know that what gets measured honestly is what improves. This is that, about the one thing you have been leaving out.
Scale your business. Not your tech team.
We are opening Foundry in waves. Tell us about your business and we will come to you.
